Penrite Demineralised Water

Demineralised Water is suitable for mixing with engine coolants to achieve the desired concentration level of the coolant. It can be used with both Type A (Anti-Freeze Anti-Boil) coolants and Type B (Inhibitor Only) coolants. It is suitable for all conventional type coolants including OAT and Hybrid type concentrates. It reduces mineral scale build up and the possibility of premature corrosion of the cooling system. It also lowers the possibility of a chemical reaction between the coolant, water and materials used in the radiator.
Demineralised Water can be used as a straight top up in cooling systems where the appropriate coolant is not available, although this will reduce the coolants concentration level and can alter the coolant performance. If used as top up, it is recommended that the coolant also be topped to the correct concentration level.
(Penrite recommend using Penrite OEM Approved Coolants for optimum performance, protection and longevity of the coolant and the cooling system).
Demineralised Water can also be used in lead acid batteries as the reduction in mineral and salt ions that are commonly found in tank and tap water can drastically shorten the lifespan of a lead-acid battery. Effects of not using demineralised water are corrosion of the positive plate and mineral contaminates in the electrolyte solution which can effect metallic components and hence a loss in performance.
Demineralised Water can also be used in many other applications such as steam irons, aquariums, autoclaves, laboratory, laser cutting and many more. It is also ideal for watering indoor and delicate plants as it will not cause a build-up of minerals in the soil.
Penrite Engine Oil Flush

It contains added zinc for engine wear protection and its fast acting formulation works in 10 minutes. The solvent free formulation protects gaskets and seals from damage during the cleaning process.
APPLICATION
Engine Flush is designed for use in all engine types in passenger cars, 4WD's, light & heavy duty commercial vehicles, motorcycles, farming, mining, agricultural, industrial equipment, marine and stationary engines.
Engine Flush is safe to use in all petrol, LPG & diesel engines and is safe for catalytic converters, DPF's (Diesel Particulate Filters) and engine sensors. Its unique formulation of cleaning agents are designed to clean oil galleries, oil sludge and engine contaminants that effect lubrication of the engine. These contaminants are broken down by the Engine Flush and drained away with the oil service.
Engine Flush is economical to use with an application rate is 50 ml Engine Flush per litre of oil. A 375ml bottle of Engine Flush will treat 7.5 litres of oil. Engine Flush is recommended for use at every oil service to maintain engine cleanliness.

Start engine and run for 5 minutes

Running In Oil is designed for use in all engines for both on road and in competition applications. It is suitable for use in modern 4, 6 & 8+ cylinder, multi cam, multi-valve including VVT, naturally aspirated, supercharged & turbocharged engines, including light duty diesel engines. It is suitable for use in passenger car, light commercial, competition vehicles and motorcycles including four stroke motorcycles with wet clutches
Running In Oil has a High Zinc formulation to protect the valve train including camshafts, followers, rockers and pushrods. It allows the piston rings to bed in correctly with the cylinder walls, preventing glazing of the bores and it can be used for both dynamometer and normal road run in procedures. If used for running in on road, the suggested running in period for Running In Oil is approximately 500 Kilometres after which both the oil and filter should be changed.
Running In Oil may be used in engines where SAE 15W-40, 20W-40, 20W-50 & SAE 30 viscosity grades are specified by the manufacturer. It is designed to be used over a wide range of engine oil viscosities. Its 15W-40 viscosity allows for use in both new and older type engines.
